Job Duties: The employer is: GREENFIELDS IRELAND LIMITED.Greenfields Ireland Ltd is a Global Dairy Trading company who export dairy products worldwide.The Role: To work in a busy export department, arranging and delivering shipments in a professional and efficient manner.Duties: Working with suppliers on product availability and suitability.Liaising with shipping lines/freight forwarders on freight requirements and bookings.Liaising with third party warehouses on loading arrangements.Arranging customs clearance of shipments.Working with veterinary authorities to arrange for inspection of product and health certificate applications.Preparation of a complete set of export documents as per destination country requirements.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Proficient in use of IT packages including MS office.Excellent organisational & communication skills.Excellent attention to detail. Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
