Job Duties: The employer is: WRIGHTBUS.Providing a range of administrative and reception duties to support the service delivery of L&D. Maintaining records, archiving, filing, providing minutes and updating the Learning Management System:Using a computer to type a range of documents - training certificates, invite to training, notes from training reviews.Communicating with internal and external stakeholders using a range of platforms such as telephone, e-mail, face to face.Using office machinery to print, copy and collate documents and filing confidential documents in accordance with GDPR.Co-ordinating training events and meeting and greeting the delegates.Developing and managing matrixes.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Basic Computer Skills - Microsoft 365.Good communication & interpersonal skills.Previous experience of L&D processes or working within a L&D department.
