Job Duties: Provide administrative support to Social Care Governance (SCG) & Workforce Development team to include word processing, photocopying, managing e-mails, arranging face-to-face meetings/events and also via virtual platforms, preparing papers for meetings and the distribution of information.Respond to telephone queries and deal with requests for information.Organise materials required for learning and development programmes. Qualifications / Experience: 5 GCSEs (Grades A- C) to include English Language.Or:NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or a related subject plus GCSE English Language (Grades A-C).Or:3 years' experience of administration in an office environment plus GCSE English Language (Grades A-C).RSA /OCR Stage II Typewriting or Word Processing.Or:1 year's experience word processing in an office environment using Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint (equivalent qualifications considered).Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
