Job Duties: We work within the busy construction sector and duties will vary each day. Answering and making phone calls. High standard of customer service. Creating customer quotations / invoices. Processing orders. Arranging import and delivery of materials. Liaising with clients regarding orders. General office admin duties. Other day to day operational duties as required.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria: Previous administration experience. Good verbal and written communication. GCSE Maths and English (minimum C grade) or equivalent. Computer IT skills including Microsoft Excel & Outlook. Previous experience in sage 50c accounts is desirable but not essential. Previous experience in the construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
