Job Duties: General admin duties including email, telephone correspondence.Update and maintain process documents.Communicating relevant information to the team.Provide administrative support to the team.Assisting with booking meetings, minute taking and other tasks where required.Preparing documentations, letters, reports and receipts.

Qualifications / Experience: Good level of education with passes to GCSE level or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.Strong Office / Administrative background with at least 2 years recent experience. Excellent IT skills with use of Microsoft packages.Evidence of understanding of data protection legislation and of maintaining the confidentiality.
