Job Duties: Duties will include, but not limited to:General clerical work.Preparation of patient records for surgeries.Telephone duties.Maintaining appointment system.Updating patient files.Dealing with patient queries and requests.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Minimum 12 months worked experience in similar administration role within a Primary or Secondary care setting.GCSE passes in English and Maths or equivalent certification.Competent computer skills.Great telephone skills.Highly organised.Committed individual with a passion for providing excellent patient service.Ability to work pro-actively on own initiative.Great team working skills.Desirable:Previous experience working with Vision software.
