Job Duties: The employer is: CAJERA HAIR DESIGNS.Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner. Providing refreshments.Managing appointments through Social Media platforms and replying to queries.Helping to set up an online booking platform.Processing online orders and arranging deliveries.Updating Social Media accounts on a regular basis.Creating a database of clients for weekly mail shots.Analysing data trends.Assisting with Marketing and Sales by providing customers information on promotions and new services.Placing orders.Ensuring the salon is kept hygienic and professional at all times.Performing administrative tasks such as filling, updating clients records and logging transactions.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:4 GCSEs at C or above.Proficiency in administrative computer software such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook.The ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.Strong Marketing and Sales abilities.Excellent customer service skills.Desirable:Level 2 NVQ Hair.
