Job Duties: The employer is: CASTLEDERG CHILDCARE SERVICES LTD.Establishing and maintaining administrative procedures.Informing clients about available services and activities.Filing and retrieving documents, and opening new files in an established filing system.Receiving and relaying written and verbal messages.Drafting routine business communications.Producing copies of documents using photocopying and scanning equipment.Preparing documents using various software packages including MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.Maintaining and monitoring stock levels of stationery.Ensuring proper financial procedures, details of accounts, expenditure forms and maintenance of all relevant invoices.Paying due care and attention to all matters relating to Health and Safety.Other duties as required.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Knowledge of an office environment and general administrative duties.Knowledge of MS Office.Ability to work as part of a team and with various clients.Ability to use your initiative.Willingness to undertake training both on and off the job.
