Job Duties: The employer is: IRWIN MORTGAGE & FINANCIAL SERVICES.Duties include:Answering calls, dealing with client enquiries or passing on for follow up effectively.Arrange appointments and manage appointment diaries efficiently.Preparing files and liaising with clients to gather relevant paperwork.Filing, scanning, typing letters, providing administration support.Contacting customers, following up on appointments and providing updates as required.Possibility of some Social Media work depending on experience.Shadowing Mortgage Advisor and learning the mortgage application process.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Preferably GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent).Good customer service skills and a good understanding of the importance of looking after the customer.Time management and organisational skills.Must be able to work on own initiative, be motivated and keen to learn.Good communication skills.Good IT skills and a good level of attention to detail.Knowledge of Microsoft Office.Ability to be professional at all times and to adhere to a strict confidentiality procedure to protect customer information at all times.There may also be an opportunity to study towards becoming a qualified Mortgage Advisor at some point in the future if the ability and a positive work ethic has been proven, and the demand for business is sufficient.
