Job Duties: The employer is: NOEL GRIMLEY ELECTRICS LTD.Assisting in website management by uploading new products and ensuring all content is up to date. Monitoring social media and assist in posts & updates. Printing in store signage & price tickets. Monitoring sales enquiries, responding to customers, dealing with any orders. Answering the telephones, diverting to correct person/department. Assisting office manager with all general admin tasks - emailing, filing, photocopying, etc. Ensuring a well organised working environmentYou will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Strong verbal and written communication with a self-assured personality. Willing to learn & enthusiastic to work. Reliable with good time keeping. Organised and able to prioritise workload. Ability to contribute and work cooperatively within a team environment. English and Maths to GSCE level (or equivalent). Computer literate. A self-starter that shows initiative. Flexibility to cover store opening hours including weekends and evenings. Genuine interest in learning about the latest technology and product developments. Previous experience in a retail environment would be preferable but not essential as full training will be provided
