Job Duties: Vehicles are admitted to the site in line with SOPVehicles depart from the site in line with SOPHigh levels of accuracy are maintained Goods received reports are accurately completedAll weight differences, load by load, are maintained Dockets & associated paperwork are generated as requiredRelevant paperwork is accurately completedSuspicious circumstances are raised with ManagementHigh levels of customer service at all timesTelephone calls are answered promptly and in a professional mannerSite / office checks are completed as requiredEmergency procedures are adhered toAll housekeeping activities are adhered toAll company policy is complied with All Health & safety procedures are adhered toAny other duties are carried out as appropriateCompliance with company HACCP feed safety policies and procedures

Qualifications / Experience: Good communication skillsSelf-motivatedCapable of working on own initiativeCapable of working in a team environmentCustomer focussedAble to problem solvePays attention to detailHolder of at least 4 O'Level / GCES / or equivalent including Maths and EnglishComputer skills - use of keyboard and VDUCandidates should have at least 2 years clerical experience including: processing of information; record keeping; filing; data input; dealing with orders, queries, and complaintsUse of telephone in a business environmentA flexible approach to work is requiredThe role requires working Monday to Sunday on 12 hour rotational continental shifts (averaging 42 hours per week)Individuals will be prepared to train on and provide cover for Intake operations as required
