Job Duties: The employer is: RSPB.Engage communities and raise profile of the Lough Erne Landscape Partnership (LELP) e.g. promoting volunteer activity and events. Planning and delivery of events.Development and management of project website and communications e.g. newsletters, social media, promotional material.Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.Support the LELP team with management and delivery of heritage projects.Participate in LELP and partner events.Development of newsletter and other communications. Maintain accurate records ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently.General administrative duties e.g. taking meeting notes, filing, arranging meetings, telephone support and diary management.Demonstrate willingness to develop.Attend LELP and RSPB training sessions.Other duties as required.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Experience of working with the public.Experience of using social media.Microsoft Office knowledge.Excellent oral and written communications skills.Demonstrates initiative to prioritise own work to meet deadlines.Willingness to provide support to a busy team.Attention to detail.Accurate keyboard skills.This role will be remote until at least January 2022.
