Job Duties: Answering the telephone in a timely manner and dealing with email mortgage enquires. Ensuring that mortgage files are available for advisor use. Scanning and filing of client documents. Creating all client's files correctly on CRM. Working as part of a team in the processing of mortgage applications and liaising with mortgage lenders and providers. Working with mortgage advisor to see mortgage applications through from mortgage application stage to mortgage offer. Following up communication with clients. Complete month end compliance for all completed files. Assist in the creation on Social Media campaigns to develop further business. You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Good communication skills both written and verbal. Good IT Skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office. An interest in developing a career in a busy environment. Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. Ability to be proactive within a small motivated team. Experience would be desirable but not essential.
