Job Duties: The employer is: STEPHENS CATERING EQUIPMENT.Review and evaluate every warranty repair order logged for completion, accuracy and clarity according to the companys agreements (within timeframes).Review all returned and / or rejected warranty claims and prepare the appeal in consultation with line manager to enable further action / discussion to be pursued with manufacturers if required.Compiling and issuing of commissioning certificates and liaising with suppliers in relation to commissioning dates of equipment.Compiling and issuing of commissioning certificates and liaising with suppliers in relation to commissioning dates of equipment. You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience in a parts / administration environment would be desirable. 5 GCSEs at grades C or above (or equivalent) (to include English and Maths).Good administrative presentation skills displaying accuracy and attention to detail.Confident in the use of IT, to include Microsoft Office package.Ability to work to deadlines and targets, and to effectively prioritise own workload.Be proactive and work independently to meet business expectationsAbility to carry out light physical work as this role will involve working in a parts department.
