Job Duties: Maintaining your area of work to the highest standard - each area will have its own cleaning checklist to complete with frequency requirements.Cleaning offices / work surfaces / public areas (Vacuuming, Polishing, Sweeping, Collection and removal of waste, Mopping)This role will also involve key holder duties and lock up responsibilities.Cleaning washroom areas.Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels)Adhere to Company policies and procedures.Notify management of deficiencies or repairs requiredCarry out tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your manager.

Qualifications / Experience: Required criteria;Proven previous experience of cleaning to a professional standard or experience in a similar role.High attention to detail.Very well organisedGood time management skillsReliableTrustworthyAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyPositive and approachable manner.Self-motivated.Great communication & Interpersonal skills.Desired criteriaFull and clean driving licence.
