Job Duties: Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and proceduresCoaching and developing employees (cleaners)Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and ensuring that they are carried out expertlyInspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis and requesting replacements when they are worn outControlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials to avoid or minimise waste and/or misuseProviding any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their dutiesAssigning work duties to member of teamOverseeing the training of the team and implement acceptable standardsEnsure appropriate supply of equipment for each cleaner within the team

Qualifications / Experience: What we are looking for:We would like someone ideally with supervisor experience within a manufacturing industry, but it isn't essential.
