Job Duties: We currently have an opportunity for a Parking Attendant/Cleaner our site in Belfast.As Parking/Cleaner Attendant your role will involve:Undertaking regular patrols of the car park.Issuing the appropriate enforcement notice to vehicles which contravene the onsite regulations.Customer service assisting with queries/complaintsGeneral onsite cleaningFrontline machine maintenanceGeneral onsite admin
Qualifications / Experience: The ideal candidate will display;Good communication skills both verbal and in writingGood Customer service skillsGood numerical skillsGood technical experience and ability to use smart phones and / or PDAsThe ability to deal with conflict whilst remaining calm and polite at all timesThe ability to work under their own initiative and self-motivateAccuracy and attention detailAwareness of Health and SafetyThe role will be subject to reference.The role is and average 42 hours per week (12 hour shifts) on a rota basis to include days/evenings/weekends. The successful candidate will need to be flexible as the rota can change to suit business needs.
