Job Duties: The employer is: BELFAST CITY COUNCIL.Carrying out a range of duties to support the effective functioning of the markets. Duties will include: Setting up/ dismantling equipment. Maintaining the hygiene standards of the workplace.Providing high standard customer service to traders and members of the public.Cash handling.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Teamwork.Customer care.Communication and interpersonal.Analysis and decision making.Health & safety awareness.Information technology. No formal qualifications are required. However, you will be required at the closing date for receipt of applications to have six months experience in customer service (including dealing with customer complaints, cleaning and carrying out basic maintenance tasks e.g. setting up stalls, tables, basic equipment.
