Job Duties: Location throughout the Borough. To drive a light van opening and closing facilities while completing a range of scheduled cleaning duties. To ensure Council facilities remain open, clean and fit for purpose during policy open hours at various locations throughout the Borough. Ensure that all responsibilities are carried out in a timely effective manner and that general confidentiality is maintained in all issues relating to the work of the Council.Please refer to Council website for a full description of the duties.
Qualifications / Experience: At least six months previous experience, in paid employment, of completing cleaning duties.Previous experience of record keeping.Able to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.Must be prepared to work across all Council Public Conveniences and any other Council building as required.As a degree of flexibility is required, applicants must be flexible.Will be required to travel throughout the Borough and therefore must have a valid driving licence or have access to a suitable form of transport which will enable the post holder to meet the requirements of the post.Appointment will be subject to satisfactory completion of a medical questionnaire including a pre-employment Drugs and Alcohol Screening.Please refer to Council website for Job Description
