Job Duties: To ensure that the kitchen, staff rooms and storage areas are clean and tidy to support the effective running of the kitchen.Ensure dishwasher machine and pot wash area is clean.Empty bins, sweep and mop floor as required.Carry out any tasks from cleaning schedule.Ensuring strict adherence to manufacturer instructions regarding the use of chemical cleaning agents and their application.
Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience desirable.
