Job Duties: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry causing minimal disruption to our services users and their care.Practice safe systems of work: moving and handling by assessing the risk and following best practice.Use a variety of cleaning products paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products.Communicate and engage effectively with our service users, their families and colleagues, reflecting good interpersonal and working relationship skills at all times.Be Health and Safety aware, to ensure the safety of our services users and colleagues. Understand your responsibilities under the Health and safety and Fire Safety Acts.Ensure the safe and tidy storage of supplies.Report any faults with equipment to include requirement for maintenance/replacement.

Qualifications / Experience: Experience in similar role is desirable but not essential.
