Job Duties: Specialist cleaning of properties and items affected by fire, water damage, sewage, trauma or other disasters.Strip out ceiling, floors and tiles in damaged propertiesInstall Drying equipmentPack out and remove to storage of contents and furnitureGeneral cleaning dutiesKeep accurate records of all works carried out by completing all company inventories and paperworkWork additional hours as are reasonably necessary for the proper performance of your dutiesBe prepared to work at weekends, to be on standby and attend emergency out of hours calls when requested by the Company

Qualifications / Experience: Background and experience in cleaningThe ability to work as part of a TEAMUse own initiative in carrying out daily duties and responsibilitiesGood problem-solving skillsGood interpersonal skills to deal with customers, clients and other TEAM membersAttention to detail in order to maintain high standardsMust have a full clean driving licence
