Job Duties: The Deputy Manager will support the Manager in the daily running of the playgroup to ensure safe, stimulating play in a safe, caring and welcoming environment for children and their families.Provide leadership and support to staff.Adhere to all policies and procedures.Be able to step into the managing role when necessary.
Qualifications / Experience: Must have level 5 or equivalent or be working towards the qualification.Desirable:Paediatric First Aid.SafeguardingFood hygiene.Designated officer training.Knowledge of Covid-19 safety guidelines
