Job Duties: The employer is: ACREWOOD DAYCARE.Supporting social and emotional development and well being of children.To contribute to the creation of a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children.Assist the leader in charge in Safeguarding to perform an important role caring for children.Assist the leader in charge in maintaining a high-quality of excellent care and stimulating learning environment.To be creative and learn to implement new ideas and use a range of strategies to continually improve practice and support the Leader in charge.To attend reasonable out-of-hours training sessions when required.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:To complete level 3 in Children's care Learning & Development (CCL) funded by Acrewood whilst on the Job start Programme.Level 2 in Children's Care Learning & Development, (CCLD) or equivalent.High degree of integrity and empathy when dealing with children.Good verbal and written communicator.Willingness to develop within the planning process and engage within the team to provide children with age-appropriate activities.Suitable to work with young children.Enthusiastic and friendly.Honest, trustworthy and reliable.To work as part of the DaycareTeam under the direction of the Manager and Leader in charge. Have a flexible approach and Commitment to Continuous Personal Development. To be flexible within the 25 working hours which will be Am or Pm.Desirable:Ability to observe, assess and track children's learning & development Music/art and craft skills.
