Job Duties: Assessment of individual clients prior to, and during their care at the facility.Develop and implement individual and group programmes of care designed to enhance and maximise the capabilities of the client.
Qualifications / Experience: A professional qualification in one of the Health and Social Care professions or equivalent NVQ III in Care, or equivalentTo either be, or eligible to be, registered with NISCC or NMC or other Health and Social Care Professional Body.
