Job Duties: You will take on a leadership role within the nursery with the role of leading a room and guiding staff. You will be responsible to the Manager, their deputy and the team supervisor. You will take responsibility for the provision of care and appropriate learning opportunities for children in the nursery. You will supervise the children and protect them from dangerous or harmful situations and liaise daily with their parents/carers providing them with a daily activity record.
Qualifications / Experience: You will need to have some experience of working with children and a minimum level 3 qualification (or equivalent) to be suitable for this role. It is desirable that you will have a Level 5 qualification or working towards this.
