Job Duties: The employer is: GASYARD DEVELOPMENT TRUST.Health and Safety Knowledge.Knowledge and understanding of child protection legislation and issues.Awareness of the needs of the child.Liaising with the programme team to ensure all relevant company policies are being adhered to.Developing and delivering structured play activities for the children.Carry out any other tasks deemed necessary by the after schools coordinator. Administration:Keep a daily register of all children using the facility.Record all accidents in the accident book.Assist the after schools Co-coordinator in liaison with the WHSSB and other relevant agencies.Training:Participate in any training required by Management.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: 5 GCSEs or equivalent including Childcare level 2 or above.1 year experience of working with children aged 04 years to 11 years old.Knowledge of the community and voluntary sector.Pro-efficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to work as part of a team.Ability to organise workload and work under pressure.High degree of self motivation and initiative.An innovative approach to programmes of work.Communication skills confident oral and creative written ability.
