Job Duties: To organise a range of activities that will be stimulating to the children.To look after the basic needs of all children at the nursery.To maintain health and safety procedures and a high level of hygiene at the nursery.To ensure that any food and drinks for children with allergies are prepared correctly and given correctly.To be involved in developing a partnership with the parents of the children at the nursery.To work in partnership with colleagues and be a valued team member within the nursery.To provide a warm, secure relationship with the children which will encourage emotional and social growth and self-expression.

Qualifications / Experience: Qualifications / Experience:Level 2 desirable but not essentialBe willing to register to undertake QCF 2 Diploma in Children's Care, Learning and Development this qualification within the first 12 months of Employment start date or currently to be working towards this qualification.Ability to demonstrate a commitment to a quality child centred environment.A good level of understanding of children's individual needs.
