Job Duties: Lisburn Sure Start is currently seeking to recruit an Early Years Assistant. The ideal candidate will be able to provide a range of coordinated services to families with children pre-birth up to the age of 4 years.

Qualifications / Experience: 5 GCSE's, including English Language and Maths, at Grade C or above (or equivalent)Minimum of 1 years' experience working in an early years settingDemonstrate knowledge of early childhood education and development through play1 Years' experience of recording observations and record keepingGood level of written and oral communicationAbility to maintain confidentiality and a sensitive approach to people in needAbility to communicate, liaise and co-operate with professionalsAbility to work flexiblyFull driving licence and access to transport
