Job Duties: To organise a range of activities that will be safe and stimulating to the children.To contribute to the development of programmes and activities for children specific to their needs, on a group and individual level, and to seek professional advice about any changes in a childs wellbeing.To look after the basic needs of all children at the nursery. To maintain health and safety procedures and a high level of hygiene at the nursery.To ensure that any food, drinks, or bottles for children with allergies are prepared correctly and given correctly.To be involved in developing a partnership with the parents of the children, community groups, schools, nurseries and other agencies.To provide appropriate daily written and verbal feedback to parents/carers.

Qualifications / Experience: QCF Level 3 in Childrens Care, Learning and Development or equivalent.Ability to demonstrate a commitment to a quality child centred environment.A good level of understanding of childrens individual needs. To display a keen interest in children.Have worked with children between the ages of 0-7 years.
