Job Duties: Ensure that all areas where the children are present are prepared on a daily basis.Ensure all children and parents are warmly greeted and kept informed of their child's overall development.Ensure all equipment and play materials are stored in a logical manner, and in a way which promotes the child's independence when choosing play materials.Ensure the safety of the children at all times. The post holder should have necessary knowledge to be able to detect hazards in the environment and be able to take appropriate action.Assist children at mealtimes, offer help where needed and ensure that these are sociable, enjoyable occasions for everyone.Assisting with School pickups and ensuring children are safely delivered to Kids Academy.Assisting with homework and promoting self-confidence and self-esteem with children during these periods.Ensuring children are kept stimulated and busy during their time with us.A full description is available with the application pack.

Qualifications / Experience: Preferable: NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or willing to work towards qualification. This can be discussed at interview.
