Job Duties: To work closely with the Class Tutors/Trainers and Education/Training Team to facilitate the learning inside the classroom. S/he should be an approachable and friendly individual, able to quickly build a positive relationship with all learner/participants engaged on activity with Kilcooley Women¿s Centre to enable access to the curriculum, develop an understanding of the specific needs of the learner/participant(s) which are to be supported.Full details on Job Description on www.kilcooleywomenscentre.co.uk

Qualifications / Experience: A good level of education to include at least GCSE level Maths and English to Grade C or above (or equivalent). Strong organisational skills including the ability to plan, prioritise, work to deadline and manage time effectively. Be able to communicate effectively to learner/participants, participants and other colleagues orally and in writing.
