Job Duties: Work as a member of the Community Childrens Nursing Team and carry out a range of delegated caring duties for children with complex health care needs within community settings, home, school and hospital.Under the direction and supervision of the Community Childrens Nursing Team, work within child specific care plans in line with Trust policy and procedures.
Qualifications / Experience: A Diploma in Child Care and Education / N.N.E.B. or equivalentOrNVQ Level 3 Child Care or equivalentOrBTEC Higher National Diploma in Early Childhood Studies or equivalentOrBTEC National Diploma in Early Years or equivalent.6 months experience of working with children in a formal setting (hospital, school or nursery).Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
