Job Duties: To follow the roles/responsibilities of the Manager/Deputy Manager when they are absent from the nursery, including carrying out the role asOfficer in Charge at the start and end of the day as required.Responsible for organising and implementing a stimulating and varied programme of age appropriate activities To ensure all play programmes are appropriately delivered and implemented within the unit following the High Scope routine To carry out all activities to meet appropriate policies and procedures
Qualifications / Experience: QCF Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development or equivalentAbility to demonstrate a commitment to a quality child centred environmentA good level of understanding of children's individual needs To display a keen interest in childrenHave worked with children between the ages of 0-7 years
