Job Duties: The Playgroup Assistant will assist the Leader and Deputy Leader in providing a safe, stimulating and varied play programme for the Pre School children:Listen to, engage with, encourage and ensure the safe keeping of the children in your care.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Level 3 Childcare Learning and Development or equivalent.1 years paid experience working directly with 3-4 year oldsDesirable Criteria:Level 5 Childcare or working towards this qualification.Knowledge of the Dept of Education Pre School Education Programme.Safeguarding Certificate.Food safety.Paediatric First Aid.
