Job Duties: The overall policies and procedures of the group will be laid down by the management to whom the Leader is responsible. Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:OCF Level 5 Childcare Learning and Development (or on the Pathway) or equivalent. We will consider applicants who are willing to complete their Level 5 within two years.2 years experience of working in an Early Years setting in a paid capacity (unpaid work placement may also be considered)Experience of the Preschool Expansion Programme.Desirable Criteria:BA Hons Early Childhood Studies.
