Job Duties: We are looking for a motivated, flexible practitioner to work alongside the preschool leader and preschool team in our small governor led playcare to support a child with additional educational needs.Role: To support a child with individual needs in all aspects of their daily preschool life.In relation to supporting a child 1:1, you will work with parents and outside agencies to support the best possible learning outcomes for this child.

Qualifications / Experience: NVQ3 or equivalent.Experience of working with children in Early Years and ideally has some SEN experience. However, will consider applicants who have minimal SEN experience and demonstrate a willingness to learn. To be able to effectively communicate and work 1:1 with children who have Individual Education Plans. You must also be able to work as part of a highly motivated and professional team under the direction of the session Leaders.
