Job Duties: To prepare, cook and present well-balanced, nutritious meals and beverages to the highest quality incorporating, cultural and dietary needs as required by the residents and staff of the Home. Ensure all health and safety and environmental health standards are achieved and maintained on shift.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential: an industry recognised qualification in Food preparation and cooking or 2 yrs experience in a similar environment. Preference: Food safety level 2
