Job Duties: Kirkistown Castle Golf Club has a fantastic opportunity for a Chef to lead our friendly team at our Braid RestaurantThe ideal candidate should have a passion for high quality service & food whilst ensuring all food & hygiene standards are maintainedA full list of Roles & responsibilities is available on request but includes -To manage all day-to-day aspects of preparation and presentation of food to the highest standards of qualityFood ordering managementH&S complianceManage, motivate, and lead the catering team to perform their roles to a high standard.
