Job Duties: Preparation work, putting together and plating of dishes with emphasis on presentation, hygiene and economy. To prepare and present meals to the standard of the outlet.Work under strict food safety regulations.
Qualifications / Experience: Two years experience essential.Must have NVQ level 2 in a catering field, or equivalent.
