Job Duties: The Role will be various shifts, working 40 hours per week, (opportunity for more and all overtime fully paid) maximum of 5 days out of 7 and will include weekends, public and bank holidays. Preparing and cooking to a high standard.Assisting in preparation and presentation within all sections. On the job training will be given.Confer closely and regularly with the Head Chef and take every opportunity to become familiar with all aspects of the position.Recording food temperatures.Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.Follow recipes and presentation specifications.Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards.Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment.Restock items as needed throughout the shift.Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards.

Qualifications / Experience: Must have at least 2 years previous Commis experience.Recent experience as a Chef in a restaurant of similar standing an advantage.Basic Food Hygiene Certificate preferred.Training provided.Applicants must be able to attend interview in person.
