Job Duties: Preparation, cooking, serving and dispatching of food to the required standardEnsuring that all food deliveries are of the required Quality and Quantity.Maintaining a high standard of personal hygieneMaintaining the kitchen area to the highest standard of cleanliness and hygieneObserving COSSH regulations and keeping in place safety controls.Ensure the kitchen meets the Environmental Health Regulations.
