Job Duties: This role will involve;The smooth operation of the culinary functionManagement and rota scheduling of teamMenu planning and creativityHACCP and HygieneStock ordering, rotation and stock takesSupplier / Ingredient sourcingTrainingHealth & SafetyCustomer Satisfaction and Quality maintenanceReactive to customer feedbackMaintain personal knowledge by completing in house / external trainingAlways adhere to our company policies and procedures, and Food Safety LegislationBe involved and contribute to team meetingsCarry out instructions given by the management teamForward thinking and planning
Qualifications / Experience: NVQ + in catering a Food Safety4 years+ served in a busy culinary environment with 2 years+ holding a similar roleProven success of operating a successful kitchen with 5* Hygiene RatingUnderstanding of Current Market Trends and adaptation into culinary operationsA full clean driver's licence may be considered advantageous
