Job Duties: Turleys Bar and Restaurant Ballyward, Castlewellan are recruiting for a Cook/Kitchen Hand to assist the kitchen team. The working hours are approximately 10/12 hours per week which are a Saturday evening and a Sunday. Experience within a professional kitchen is not required, applicants just need to have experience of producing home cooked food such as burgers, steaks, lasagna etc. This position may be of interest to someone with either a catering background (in a school, catering business, care home) or who has experience from cooking for their family at home. The role will include cleaning duties as well as food prep.
Qualifications / Experience: Must be competent at cooking basic food, full training on food safety and appropriate kitchen hygiene will be provided.
