Job Duties: To plan, prepare, cook and serve quality nutritious meals putting the health of employees as a priorityTo order, purchased, required ingredients and necessary supplies with quality and good value in mind and to accurately record accounts and purchasesTo ensure that food supplies and ingredients are stored properly in accordance with Food Safety regulations and to carry out stock rotation and replenishment duties, including checking deliveriesTo responsible for audits and EHO; ensuring that internal and external audits GMP, HACCP, Hygiene and other related technical and quality are up to the standard required and all non-conformances closed.To ensure that all auditable records are completed and updated including temperature control checks, date, labels, specs, staff training

Qualifications / Experience: Relevant catering qualifications Food Safety Intermediate CertificateWith good working knowledge Health & Safety Regulations Cost controlAble to prepare high-quality food at the lowest possible cost by utilising ingredients and products on the floor; control of wasteCan pleasantly interact with different types of customersCan demonstrate responsiveness to the needs of customersKeep up to date with food, nutrition trends, committed to qualityAble to use own initiativeGood planning skills, organised approach to routine tasks and problem solving
