Job Duties: Attend meetings and in house training courses as required. Assist in the training and re-training of catering staff. Maintain personal hygiene, appearance and uniform to Company Standards. Deputise for catering manager when required. Ensure all accidents however minor are recorded in the accident book as laid down in accordance with Company Policy. Assist in the promotion and implementation of Company Health &Safety Policy. Assist in the promotion and implementation of the companies' equal opportunity policy
Qualifications / Experience: Min level 2 food safety qualification.
