Job Duties: The smooth operation of the culinary function.Involvement in menu planning and creativity.HACCP and Hygiene.Stock ordering, rotation and stock takes.Supplier/Ingredient sourcing.Health and safety.Customer satisfaction and quality assurance and maintenance.Reactive to customer feedback.Maintain personal knowledge by completing in house/external training.Always adhere to our company policies and procedures, and Food Safety Legislation.Be involved and contribute to team meetings.Carry out instructions given by the management team.Forward thinking and planning.Covid-19 regulation compliance.

Qualifications / Experience: National Vocational Qualification in catering Food Safety.3 years or more served in a busy culinary environment. Proven success of operating in a successful kitchen with a 5 star hygiene rating.Understanding of Current Market Trends and adaptation into culinary operations.A full clean driver's licence may be considered advantageous.
