Job Duties: Supervises the proper set-up of the Brasserie menus Assists the Executive Head Chef in all areas of the kitchen operations.
Qualifications / Experience: At least 2 years experience in a similar position.Experience managing a kitchen, assisting with ordering and controlling stock.Level 2 Food Hygiene.Ability to supervise staff in a competent manner.Able to work in a high-volume environment.Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and food standard requirements.Have the ability to delegate various tasks to the kitchen team.Highly motivated and able to thrive under pressure.
