Job Duties: To work with all levels of chefs in 2 busy kitchens.Be able to run all sections of the kitchen in the absence of Sous Chef.Can assist the Executive Head Chef in the supervision of kitchen production.Be a strong team member.
Qualifications / Experience: Have 2 years previous experience in a similar position.Previous experience in a hotel environment with banqueting of 250+ covers.NVQ Level 2 Food Preparation or equivalent.Ability to supervise staff in a competent manner.Highly motivated and able to thrive under pressure.
