Job Duties: To work with all levels of chefs in 2 busy kitchens.Be able to work within a large team and run a section.Be a strong team member and capable of producing high standard dishes from fresh produce.
Qualifications / Experience: Have 1 years previous experience in a similar position.Have experience dealing with large numbers.Be able to supervise staff in a competent manner.
